Meeting Called to Order by Seneschal

Seneschal:

-         Stepping down as 2 year term is at an end. If anyone is interested in position contact Seneschal by Next Council meeting

Daffodil:

-         New Water Bearer – Jessica

-         Highness Holding a Tea for children after Court and before Feast in A&S room

-         Set up between 6 – 8 pm Friday night before Event

-         Need Setup help

-         Other wise going well

Coronet:

-         Highness Avocal, Highness An Tir and Tir-Righ attending

-         Still need Largesse for gifts for Royals/Children

-         Marshall in Charge – Principality Marshall

NSCA:

-         Need Volunteers for Board

-         People to attend meeting

-         NSCA waivers will be at gate with other waivers

-         Childrens memberships introduced effective 1 Apr 08 - $5.00

Exchequer:

-         Monthly Report

-         Rcvd Bill for 2008/2009 NSCA Insurance

-         Requested Float for Daffodil

-         Offer of 24 Candles from stores to Insula Magna Event

Master of Blades:

-         Two practices per week on Sat/Sun

Chronicler:

-         Receiving Weekly/Monthly News letters from Kingdom Chroniclers. Will be posted on Website

-         NTR

Herald:

-         Submission Fees now $10

-         Hosted Lions Blood meeting – Kingdom Heralds Meeting Well attended

Arts and Sciences:

-         Continuing as per normal, regular Attendance

-         NTR

 

Castellan:

-         Sooke Demo went well

-         Demo for Royal Oak – No information available

-         Asked to do Luxton Fair Demo – Looking for Organizer

-         Several newcomers have contacted Castellan

Dance:

-         Happening every Tuesday 7 – 9 except first Tues of each month. NTR

Baron/Baroness:

-         Daffodil coming up

-         Projects Planned

-         10^th anniversary – Highness’s attending

-          

Master of Stables:

-         5 – 6 fighters attending on average

-         Talk of finding a location for warmer weather

-         Storage options for Fighting supplies/Archery supplies
