Baron/Baroness: 12th Nite on weekend of Jan 12. This year Daffodil 10th anniversary of Barony of Seagirt.

Arts/Sciences: Lots of attendance. No classes held in Dec.

Master of Blades: 1 practice in Dec. NTR

Master of Stables: Heavy practices moved to Saturdays. Plan to Organize Wed fight practice into 2 hr classes.

Chronicler: Chronicler Changeover. Gawain Buckland assuming duties. NTR

New Business - Yule report submitted - Still need Autocrats for Sergeants, SST.
