Exchequer
The next budget should be decided at the December meeting. This has been added to the agenda for next month. A prepared budget will be sent out in advance of next month's meeting. Officer's requesting allowances need to contact Reann and Elina in advance.
$1000 cheque needs to be sent for Saanich Fairgrounds for Daffodil 2008.

Equipment shortage: gorgets.

I am looking for a replacement. Would be willing to take a deputy and train them to replace me.

A demo request has been made by Spencer Middle School.
Hanging of the greens is not ready for this December - request for next September.

Request for $28.24 for replacement plug for stereo. Approved.

Other Business Fundraising: Myyranda's passing has left Jim in a financial bind. Lenora is looking for 40 people to donate money to give Jim some more time.

Yule: Feastocrat needs a cheque for groceries. Tickets are on sale. Volunteers are needed for gate.

Coronet: First Coronet meeting was a bit of a bust. Meetings will resume after Yule. 90% of kingdom officers have replied. Cabin rentals have started - two circles have been reserved. 1 1/2 cabin circles left. Both kitchens are booked. Looking for day food.

Daffodil: We are in desperate need of a feastocrat.
