Dogs at Camp Barnard: We can no longer have dogs at this site. People bringing pets to future events at this site will need to be turned away.
RV's at Camp Barnard: We have been given specific areas that Willy wants RV's. All RV's (and other things RV-like) will be required to park in these areas.
Reminder: Quarterly reports are due by the 15th.
Exchequer
Decision has been made to transfer $2000 from chequing into GICs.
The Exchequer is looking for a deputy.

There have been some administrative issues with the Kingdom Marshal area deputy.

We have permission to conflict, and can re-register the otter.

Everything is going well. Attendance is quieter over the summer.
Castellan

Dance
Pass the hat total: $111.50.
Dance is going well, with an average of 20 people in attendance.

Demos:
Prospect lake: Three Heavies, four rapier fighters.
Falconry demo: It went well. There was very little response from the heavy community. Four rapier fighters and 14 dancers.
Baron & Baroness
Bernadette has requested books (like Golden Oar did for Daffodil), approx. 600 for Twelfth Night.
If the Barony would like to do this, we will need money for supplies (approx. $200-300).
Vote passed. Glynis will being co-ordinating this.
Sealion: Had some issues, but they were dealth with.
Looking forward to Sergeants and SST.
Stores: We need a place to keep stores.
Decision has been made to pare down stores, give what we can to the officers, and then see what is left. Possibly have an auction at SST. Reann will transport to SST.
Other Business
Sergeants: Gate people needed.
Sealion: 198 adults (100 nonmembers), 11 youth, 25 children.
Total Profit: $1211.45
Luxton Fairgrounds: Morgaine has had contact with this site.
