Other Business
Motion: Jacques as the new castellan. Approved. Paperwork to follow.
Sergeants: 69 people through the gate (adults and children). Profit $210.
SST: Volunteers for gate needed. Also, a thank you to the champions that have posted the criteria. Desemona will be running a day kitchen. $400 gate check made out to autocrat.
Yule: Co-bid by Jacques and Ysane. Forms will be given to Elina ASAP.
Camp Barnard: Problems ongoing. There were picnic tables on the field, and non-SCA people in one of the cabin circles we reserved. Also, there is now a 15-person minimum for cabin circles. For SST, we will be keeping Thompson Field, but not using the two far cabin circles. It is suggested that people should look for alternate/backup sites.
