Change of officers: Last council for Tami Hayes as senechal, Robin Lam will be taking over as seneshal in April.
Demo for Pacific Northwest Raptors, Same weekend as July Coronation. Let them know by end of March, will do demo if 12 people commit to be there.
Cornet bids in, discussion to be had at next months council.

Exchequer
NSCA requested copy of Doomsday report, which has been mailed.
Changes to Seagirt policy as discussed last month - motion passed.
Note: all claims for event expenses must be submitted to the seneschal by the following council, no exceptions.

Master of Blades
Practices not busy but new students psyched for Daffodil.
New fighter soon to be attending.
Report enclosed.

Chronicler
Changeover official.
Nothing else to report.

Herald
Badges:
Populace badge submission has passed with new blazon. Two broad vertical white stripes on a blue background.
Second populace badge ready to be submitted: Bendy wavey argent and azure overall an orca naiant embowed counterembowed proper. Request for $16 submission fee - passed.
Master Uilliam is offering has badge for Insula Magna use, as he registered it for Insula Magna’s use.
Loch Soleil (Texas) has an otter award that conflicts with ours. Will contact them for permission to conflict.

A&S
Defender’s banner is finished and ready for Daffodil.
Most attendees working on personal projects for Daffodil.
Attendance numbers fluctuating.
Next major A&S project - principality cloaks.

Chatelaine
New member has contacted us via the library.

Dance
$94.52 pass-the-hat total.
Ads for dance appeared twice in Monday magazine, and once in coffee news.

Baron and Baroness
Last month has shown growth.
Heavy fight practice has increased dramatically, great atmosphere. 7-8 new people have shown interest, including a martial arts club that wants to join en masse.
Baronial social gatherings have been great.
Autocrats needed for several events, including SST and Yule.
Volunteers for Daffodil still needed.
There has been interest in a newcomer’s event, requests for date suggestions.

Other Business
September Coronet - bid has been submitted.

Bids for Daffodil 2007 requested for next council. Lenora will book Saanich fairgrounds just in case.

Daffodil:
Everything is going well. Set up Friday from 6 pm on.
Feast tickets at approx: 75 + comps, final numbers not in yet

Theatrical group is offering to pay us $500 for alterations.
