Exchequer
Not much happened this month.
College of Heralds needs to cash their cheque soon or it will expire.
Amendment to the Seagirt Financial Policy. Proposed changes were amended in council to: "The Financial Committee shall consist of the Seneschal, Exchequer and all Greater Officers of the Barony." The remainder of the change remains unaltered.

Master of Stables
Report by deputy: Nothing to report.

Master of Blades
Blade broken during practice. No injuries.
Attendance is low. Approx. 2-3 people.
Report enclosed.

Chronicler
Nothing to report.

Herald
Mundane life has been busy recently. Nothing to report.
Report enclosed.

A&S
Attendance has been growing. Several new people are in attendance.
This Sunday will be a costuming day.
In September, A&S will be revamped.

Castelan
Some newcomers and onlookers have been arriving at Sunday fight practice.

Dance
Pass the hat: $87.33.
Demo at Prospect Lake Elementary School.

Baron & Baroness
Upcoming events are looking good.
Make recommendations! (at the baronial level and principality, too)
July Coronation is in two weeks.
This is the third and final year of our first term. At Yule we will hold the required polling of the populace pending the approval of principality/kingdom.

Other Business
Sergeants:
Everything is on track. Announcement has gone to Principality. Site is booked.

SST:
Event proposal form is submitted. Thrown weapons will be included. Possibility of laminating a poster-sized map of Camp Bernard for gate (approved).
Question: Can a champion succeed themselves (i.e. Can you win twice in a row)? Official decision: No. (Outcome will be posted to the rocks).

Yule:
Autocrat: Theocharista.
Deputy: Rayya.
Suggestion: Host an Ithra in conjunction with Yule. Decided that this is probably not a good idea.

Daffodil:
Volunteers needed.
Another meeting will happen eventually.
