Second to last council as seneschal, Elina will be taking over in April.
Officer change - Erik as chronicler is stepping down. His deputy, Catherine Townson, is stepping in to fill the role.
Discussion on storage/sorting of the chronicler's materials. Erik has volunteered to retain storage. HE James will sort one box.

Exchequer
Doomsday report submitted to Seneschal.
Submitted suggested policy changes to council for commentary/ratification at next month's council.
Request for saleable items for daffodil, funds raised to go to the baronial cornet fund.
Plans for a possible Insula Magna exchequers meeting.
Report enclosed.

Master of Stables
Hopefully will go back to one site.
Attendance is down, mostly due to injured participants.

Master of Blades
Practices continues as normal.
Change needs to be made to website - will email webmistress.

Chronicler
Change of office, as discussed during seneschals report.
Nothing else to report.

Herald
Everything is quiet. Some possible submissions.
Very quiet heraldic consultation night, hoping for more next time.

A&S
Absent - sends her regrets.
All is going along as usual
. Cancelled the meeting this week due to illness.

Chatelaine
$75 earned by demo for Lansdowne middle school.
Vincent the Chased donated a new stereo for dance.

Dance
12 - 14 people in attendance, as usual.
$141.82 from pass the hat, $171.20 spent on hall rental.

Baron and Baroness
Coming out of winter doldrums, attendance down across the board.
Hoping to boost attendance numbers before Daffodil - looking for suggestions on how to do so.
Recommendations needed for Baronial and Principality awards for Daffodil.
Volunteers are still needed for Daffodil.
Sealion is coming up - Lionsgate has yet to announce site.
Year of the encampment is going well - entries were wonderful. Winners TBA later (with pictures).
This month's competition is camp decoration, at Ravensley. If you cannot go to Ravensley, contact James to make other arrangements.

Other Business
Pacific Northwest Raptors wants another Medieval day on July 14. Conflicts with July Coronation.
Discussion on offering them an alternate date.
Decision to offer them July 7 (conflicts with Mermaids, but fewer Seagirtians go).

Daffodil meeting on Sunday.
Things are on track.
