Master of Stables:
Last practice for 2004 is this Sunday (12 Dec)
Start again second week in Jan.
Should be having Sundays and Thursdays in the new year.

Master of Blades:
Rapier practices same time and place as heavy practice; maybe impromptu session after 12 Dec. Average 3 or 4 people at practice. Surtr has a dress rapier to donate to Seagirt to replace the one that went walkies. Donation accepted with grateful thanks.

Chronicler:
Uilliam stepping down; Erik Kurusawa(?) stepping up. He will be taking minutes at meetings and website maintenance. All outstanding subscription liabilities settled. Uilliam will hang on to Glaucous archives for a bit yet to try scanning and burning them to CD

Herald:
Lots of submissions going to kingdom; ceremonial being re-done. Council would like to have old ceremonials kept on CD. 40th anniversary Domesday book stuff is proceeding

A&S:
(report coming via email)

Minister of Children:
Seen many changes in the Barony; lots of interest in things like boffer, etc. Will be stepping down from office effective 1 Jan 2005.

Chatelaine & Dance:
Held a demo this past month; three fighters for Beavers/Cubs/Scouts. No sales of Known World Handbooks this month. Dance turnout is about average; hall cost $171.20; dance pass-the-hat brought in $168.00

St. Giles:NILREP

Crickstow:
Getting our petition for our device revived; got our pages blocked out.

Baron & Baroness:
Need award recommendations! A lot of people are speaking to us, but letters of recommendation aren?t coming in. Remember, anyone can recommend anyone for any award. Rumour that the Princess is coming to Yule.
Princess sent a badge blank to each branch; wants an embroidered patch to have for her cloak by XIIth Night to represent all the Principality.
Looking for more people to become autocrats; if you?ve never been an autocrat you can understudy one. Seagirt's 30th Anniversary is May 2007. Need to do something really big; preferably 4 days long.

Ithra:
It was a grand Ithra. 64 registered students. Any suggestions on how to increase numbers for attendance please contact Chancellor. St. Giles Grand Ithra for 2005 will be 1st weekend in Nov. Spring Ithra will be in Hartwood, in April.
Cragmere holding a workshop Ithra in October.

Yule:
Dec 11 - aka Feast of the Immaculate Confection - Autocrat: Theocharista. Prizes for best tasting, most medieval, best subtlety. There will be a Promise Tree, gifts given out after court.

Daffodil:
Royalty will attended; possibly kingdom and principality. Send in award recommendations now! Daffodil is back at Saanich Fairgrounds.

Meeting adjourned at 20:07
